When following a weight loss plan that incorporates exercise, the period after your workout is a great opportunity to burn more fat.

I mean, you’ve just jacked up your metabolism from your workout and your body will keep on burning calories even after you’re done exercising.

Fact is, there’s a very specific metabolic process that happens to your body after your workout.

And what you do next can skyrocket your results…

…or send you into a muscle-wasting, fat-storing tailspin!

Common Weight Loss Plan Technique…

…That Backfires!

After your fat-burning workout, your muscles are desperate for support as a result of your training.

They’re low on sugar and the muscle tissue itself is primed to be broken down and wasted away as fuel if the body needs more energy.

One common weight loss plan technique is to skip your post-workout meal in order to allow your body to continue to burn away more fat.

I mean, it makes sense, doesn’t it? Why stop the fat-burning process by piling on extra calories?

But in reality, if you don’t nourish your body immediately after your workout, your muscles can go from a slow muscle-wasting descent…to a MAYDAY NOSEDIVE!

The result is that your metabolism actually slows down… you become more lethargic… and you end up burning muscle instead of fat.

In short, if you want to lose more weight, DON’T skip your post workout meal!

But there’s more to the story…

How To Lose More Weight After Your Workout…

Now that you know you need to support your body’s metabolism after your workout with a post-workout meal, there’s one more piece to the puzzle…

You see, WHAT you eat after your workout should be very SPECIFIC to your fitness goal.

For example, if you want to lose weight fast, you need to take in some high-quality protein.

Protein helps to build and maintain lean muscle tissue, and muscle is your body’s fat-burning engine so this automatically boosts metabolism to lose weight around the clock.

Even better, protein is actually “thermogenic”, meaning it burns more calories just in the digestion process itself.

But now we come to the hotly debated post-workout carbohydrate selection – and this is where things get a bit trickier…

First, if your workout was high intensity (such as “Combat The Fat Pyramids” in the weight loss program at www.CombatTheFat.com), you should still add in a small amount of high-glycemic carbs after your workout to help replace lost muscle-glycogen and avoid muscle-wasting.

However, if your workout was low-intensity (such as a light cardio session) or if you’re just trying to get rid of those last few pounds to start seeing some abs, you should actually stick to a LOW GLYCEMIC carb source to go with your protein!

And finally, If you’re already at super low body fat levels, you need to avoid raising your insulin at all and so you actually have to go “low glycemic” all the time to force your body to turn to fat for every little scrap of energy.

Follow these guidelines based upon your fat-burning goal and you’ll see faster results from your weight loss plan!

When it comes to building muscle, I’m a big fan of adding the right supplements to your bodybuilding plan.

But I hate being held hostage by greedy supplement manufacturers who hock worthless junk supplements to hard-working gym rats.

And one of the sneakiest tricks played on us…

…Excipients!

Big word…with an even BIGGER impact on both your fitness program results AND your wallet!

Let me explain…

In the manufacturing process, supplement ingredients need to pass through a bunch of machinery before they make it into those tiny capsules and tablets.

To keep the machinery from getting all clogged up, fillers (called “excipients”) are added to the supplement ingredients that keep it either in powdered form OR cement it all together into a tablet.

The most common of these excipients are…

…Magnesium Stearate

…Mircronized Silica

…Microcrystalline Cellulose

(Check your current ingredients…most likely they’re in there!)

Why Bodybuilding Supplement Fillers
Are Holding Back Your Best Muscle Gains…

The problem with these exicipients is that the same additives that keep the active ingredients moving through the machines can actually STOP them being absorbed by your body!

You see, these particles are like little cement bags and when they hit your digestive tract, they “bond” together like concrete.

Unfortunately, they can also form a protective wall around the main supplement ingredients you’re thinking is working for you in your body and prevent it from being assimilated.

Not cool, right?

This is one of the main reasons that people “in the know” have switched to buying their own supplement ingredients and making their own formulas.

No machinery needed!

You just take the raw ingredients and mix them up yourself!

Making your own supplements is super easy!

Check out the sample “how to video” and bodybuilding supplement recipe at www.MakeYourOwnSupplements.com

The result is BETTER RESULTS and DRASTICALLY less money spent on what you now know as somewhat “worthless” commercial supplements.

Pull out a few of the supplements you’ve purchased recently to see if it contains any of the excipients listed in this article and then consider making your own bodybuilding supplements from scratch.

Ever wonder why that “miracle muscle builder” supplement that hoovered up last week’s paycheck didn’t perform as well as it did for the shredded dude in the magazine ad?

Were you just not working hard enough in the gym?

Are you just too much of a “hardgainer”?

Did you not click your heels 3 times?

That’s what some of the big supplement companies would like you to believe. When in fact, it’s not YOU at all!

A recent review of the slick marketing tactics used by greedy bodybuilding supplement companies revealed some pretty scary tricks that you may have fallen for in the past. Here are the Top 3 findings (and how you can be sure to NEVER get scammed again!):

Bodybuilding Supplement Scam #1:
“Proprietary Blends”

If the ingredient label on a supplement says “patent-pending” or “proprietary blend”, don’t buy it! That’s scam-talk for “cheap worthless supplements we don’t want to tell you about!” Companies can combine any simple compounds (whether they work or not) and submit them for a patent. Sounds “official”…but it’s a smoke screen!

Bodybuilding Supplement Scam #2:
“Pixie Dust”

Most supplements list “proven” active ingredients on their labels that CAN help you build more muscle and burn fat.
Unfortunately, most of them contain so LITTLE of the actual ingredient that they will literally have NO EFFECT on your body unless you take expensive MEGA-DOSES! Usually the language that’s used is something like, “…contains an ingredient proven to blah, blah, blah…” “Contains” = “Sucker” Don’t be one.

Bodybuilding Supplement Scam #3:
Scientific Jargon

We’re conditioned to accept medicines as having a powerful effect on our body. That’s why supplement companies will use the latin or scientific name for a compound on the ingredients label to jack up the price for something that costs just pennies to produce.

In fact, I found one expensive “advanced” supplement that was using the long scientific name for plain old creatine…and charging a small fortune for it. In another testosterone-boosting supplement, the manufacturers used the scientific name for (get this…) black tea leaves! The bottle cost nearly $60 and it was filled with nothing more than ground up black tea leaves with its latin name!

Makes You Want To Give Up On
Bodybuilding Supplements, Doesn’t It?

Don’t!

Of course you need to have a kickass training program to stimulate muscle growth. And you know you need to feed that muscle to make it grow, right? Well the fact is, there ARE some great supplements that can show you faster results in the mirror!

The secret is to know…

Which ones actually WORK

How much DOSAGE actually works

And how to buy them WITHOUT going broke!

I know that sounds like a big challenge, right? Well it’s not…IF you have a “how-to” guide that actually shows you how to make your OWN supplements (without any special skills or equipment). That’s exactly what I do at www.MakeYourOwnSupplements.com.

In fact, you’ll save as much as 98% by making your own supplements and you’ll know that your own formulas actually WORK! That’s because there are 29 ready-to-make recipes that you can use for ANY fitness goal starting right away.

Imagine making your own:

Muscle-Builders

FatBurners

Hormone-Enhancers

Testosterone Boosters

Workout Formulas

Mass Gainers

You’ll Save A TON Of Money
On Your Bodybuilding Supplements
And Get FASTER Results!

It really is that simple and you’ll be thrilled when you see just how easy it can be with a step-by-step blueprint in you hands to walk you through creating your own formulas. You’ll never be a slave to the greedy supplement companies again!

Just go to www.MakeYourOwnSupplements.com and you’ find everything you need there.

What causes belly fat often depends on a variety of factors including a person’s diet, level of activity, body type, genetics, and hormonal balance. Belly fat, or abdominal obesity, is more than a cosmetic challenge; it can seriously challenge your health as well. This is often the reason that people target it and work hard to get rid of it.

Regardless of what causes belly fat, it’s a pretty good clue that you may have increased inflammation throughout the body. This can create problems anywhere in your body, not just for your belly. Fat in the abdominal area is additionally a concern for individuals who may develop high blood pressure as well as an increased risk for type 2 diabetes and heart disease due to excess belly fat.

What Kind of Belly Fat Do You Have?

There are actually different kinds of fat on the human body. Intramuscular fat is what runs throughout your muscle tissue. It is a lot like the marbling in a steak. Then we have subcutaneous fat. This is the belly fat that lies directly beneath you skin and is the kind of fat that people think they’re working hard to get rid of. Next, we have the visceral fat. This fat is the dangerous kind that’s both in and around your organs and behind the muscular wall. When looking at what causes belly fat, we find that it’s mostly visceral fat.

Weight Loss Tips To Get Rid of Belly Fat:

Many people hit the gym in order to get enough exercise to get rid of belly fat once and for all, but what they don’t realize is that they’re mainly targeting the subcutaneous fat, not the visceral fat. Visceral fat, that hidden cause of belly fat, is best fought with your diet.

From a diet perspective, belly fat is usually caused by eating too may carbs. Therefore, you have to cut back and limit the number of carbohydrates you consume. Believe it or not, you don’t have to be very drastic with your carbohydrate limits. Most people that want to fight visceral fat should keep their carbohydrate consumption below 200 grams a day.

You have to pay attention to the type of carbohydrates you consume. If you consume high glycemic carbs, those from high sugar or processed foods, your insulin levels will spike, resulting in belly fat. You should eat foods with low glycemic carbs or complex carbohydrates. Stick with fresh vegetables, whole grains, whole grain bread and whole grain rice. Low glycemic carbohydrates are released slowly into your bloodstream without causing your insulin levels to spike.

Belly Fat Tip To Get Rid Of Your Gut

One great tip that has worked extremely well for many of my clients that are trying to get rid of excess belly fat is timing when carbohydrates are consumed. It’s best to eat high carbohydrate foods early in the day because this is when your metabolism is the highest. As the day progresses, your metabolism begins to slow down. During the late afternoon and evening your metabolism has slowed to a point of not efficiently burning excess carbohydrates. Carbs that aren’t burned are stored as belly fat. As you can see, it makes perfect sense to reduce your carbohydrate consumption in the evening.

This one tip will help you eliminate one of the biggest obstacles of losing your belly fat. But if you’re serious about discovering the secret for how to lose weight fast, then you’ll find some more advanced fat-burning tips at www.CombatTheFat.com as well as a complete fat-burning program that covers everything from diet to exercise and even how to balance hormones that are holding you back from losing!

What a waste!

I mean, at first, you may not think that the 3 secrets I’m about to share with you deserve the attention I’m giving it. But your muscles will think differently. Why? Because the fact is 90% of all gym rats are totally screwing this up…and they’re actually holding themselves back from their full mass-building potential.

I don’t want YOU to be one of those knuckleheads! In fact, if you’ll promise yourself to use these simple-yet-powerful tips I’m about to share with you in your mass building workout, then I promise you you’ll be shocked with how much faster you’ll build muscle…

The Secret Path To Gaining More Muscle Mass…

Scientifically speaking, your capacity to build muscle mass is directly connected to your own capacity to naturally boost anabolic hormones within your body (like testosterone, growth hormone, IGF-1, etc.). You already know this because you’ve peeked inside of those muscle mags a time or two, right? The reason those pro bodybuilders are so massive is because of their use of anabolic steroids that artificially jack their hormones up sky high. Unfortunately, this artificial path can be extremely dangerous and aren’t worth the side effects for the average Joe.

What you want is natural hormone increases to work with your body to break through your genetic barrier. Well first, you must understand that your own anabolic system features a “supply and demand” connection. The more muscle fibers you train and the more strenuously you train them, the more natural hormone response you’ll generate. This will translate into new lean muscle mass.

The #1 Mass Building Exercise -
Revealed, Corrected, And Turbo-Charged!

Think about this – the leg muscles (quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves) constitute approximately two thirds of the body’s muscle mass. By exercising your legs, you actually target a hell of a lot more muscle tissue than other exercise. This in turn induces a significantly larger anabolic response from your hormonal system. But here’s the best part…those hormones aren’t isolated just to bulking up your legs. The hormone response you create is also going to be used to slap slabs of new muscle ont your chest, back, shoulders, and arms as well!

In truth, the Barbell Squat has been shown to be the very best mass building workout weapon due to its power in triggering the most muscle fibers all at once, thereby releasing a flood of testosterone along with other anabolic hormones. Regrettably, many serious weightlifters train their legs a lot less compared to other muscles, or perhaps never. And those who do, frequently steer clear of the Barbell Squat simply because it’s “too difficult” or perhaps they do not know the right way to train. So here are a handful of strategies to allow you to perfect the Barbell Squat and draw out its incredible mass building powers in order to pack on some serious new muscle mass…

Build More Mass With High Rep Squats

Ignore the powerlifter approach to going ultra heavy in your squats if mass building is your objective. For size you need volume so keep your reps at the higher end. Old school mass monsters used to do as many as 20 rep squat sets with a few maniacs doing as many as 100 reps (but that’s a whole different article). For you, strive for 3 to 5 sets of 12-15 reps for your mass building training. You’ll most likely need to start with a lighter weight than you’ve been using, but you’ll make it easier on your back while unleashing a higher level of muscle-building hormones.

Negatives Build More Muscle

Lots of bodybuilders aren’t aware that the phase of the Barbell Squat in which you’re lowering the body down is actually the most effective stage in your repetition. Known as the “negative” phase, this stimulates more muscle fibers than the “concentric” phase, when you’re lifting the body up. In order to be sure you take full advantage of muscle fiber activation, lower yourself gradually (count to 4) on your way down and more rapidly (count to two) on your way up.

Go Low Or Go Home

Due to the fact so many people attempt to “squat heavy”, they usually don’t drop far enough within their range of movement to effectively target their legs. The very bottom part of the movements (where your upper legs are parallel to the ground) is known as the “stretch overload” position and also exactly where your muscle mass fibers are in maximum stimulation. If you can’t lower yourself to the point where your upper legs are parallel and you feel a stretch in your quads, then you’re either using too much weight or you’re just whussing out. Reduce the load you’re lifting and go all the way down to truly jack up your mass building.

Advanced Mass Building Approach

These strategies only scratch the surface of what you need to know in order to build massive amounts of muscle. For more advanced mass building techniques you should go and check out www.AdvancedMassBuilding.com where you’ll discover the “Top 5″ mistakes that are holding you back from the best gains of your life. Plus, get a complete mass building workout.

Any gym rat who’s ever touched a dumbbell knows that testosterone builds muscle, right?

In fact, your ability to gain mass is in direct proportion to your body’s T-levels.

That’s why bodybuilders and athletes are gobbling test-boosting supplements by the handful (and the supplement companies are more than happy to sell you a bucket or two at jacked up prices!)

But few people realize this critical mass building truth…

Testosterone Will NOT Build Muscle
Without This One Critical Component…

Here’s the deal…

Testosterone builds muscle by binding to a transport protein located in your cells called “androgen receptors“.

The androgen receptors are what bring the testosterone into your muscle cells to make new proteins and promote muscle building.

It’s kind of like all of us “losers” lined up at the school dance.

There may be a hundred of us all praying to God, Krishna, Zeus, or any other diety who could possibly influence some hottie to come over and give us a shot at a groping session during a Journey song (long live the 80′s!)…

…but it requires a physical connection to transform teen lust into twisted tongues.

Likewise, you can jack up your testosterone all you want but if you don’t have an androgen receptor “hottie” to flutter its eyelashes, your “T” isn’t even going to get to first base.

In other words, testosterone won’t work without active androgen receptors to transport it into the muscle cells.

But all this medical mumbo jumbo is no good to you without some practical “do this” tips, right? So…

Here’s How To Naturally Increase Testosterone
And Turn It Into Muscle…

1. Cycle Your Training The RIGHT Way!

It’s a difficult combination but androgen receptors respond best to high intensity training while testosterone responds best to heavier training (about 80% of your 1 rep max).

This requires some specific pairing of exercises and rep ranges in order to accomplish both goals and unfortunately, most guys don’t train the “right way” in the gym to stimulate both testosterone AND androgen receptor activity.

Generally, you want to cycle your training with weeks of higher repetition ranges to stimulate androgen activity while steadily increasing the weight on other weeks with lower reps to boost testosterone.

So perhaps one week, you use rep ranges in the 10-12 range for an “androgen pump” and then each week, add an extra set with a lower rep range of like 6-8 to go heavier.

Your earlier workout sets of higher reps will stimulate androgen receptors while your later sets will work on providing the companion testosterone increase.

This is one way to do it but of course, there are other ways to train.

The key is to use BOTH methods of lifting in order to maximize both testosterone AND androgen receptor activity.

2. Don’t Give Up, You Big Whuss!

Studies show that more experienced weight-trained athletes have a much higher level of androgen receptor activity than beginning trainers.

This is where the men are separated from the boys!

I know everyone talks about “fast muscle” but the fact is that the longer you stick with bodybuilding as a marathon rather than a sprint, the more muscle you’re going to build and the longer it will last.

Science proves this in the natural androgenic programming results that show that your body will follow what you tell it you need it to do on a long-term basis.

Newbies who give up too quick will NEVER see the body they’re dreaming of!

Stick with it!

3. Cycle Your Protein Intake

Ok, things get a little tricky here, but this is pretty freakin’ cool…

Bodybuilders have been brainwashed into thinking that they need to consume massive amounts of protein in order to build muscle.

But the fact is that your body can actually MAKE ITS OWN PROTEIN!

This is what happens when testosterone pairs up with androgen receptors and are transported into the muscle cells.

In fact, it’s possible to actually INCREASE your body’s own natural demand and production for testosterone by triggering this coupling action to happen at a more intense level.

This is done by cycling your protein intake for short periods where you take in very little protein.

In response, the body senses that training is intense but protein isn’t as sufficient for recovery and muscle growth.

Then, your muscle cells actually answer the demand by bonding more testosterone within the cells for “internal protein creation”.

I know it sounds strange…but it’s absolutely true!

This requires a very specific combination of training cycle plus protein deprivation cycling to “trigger” this very special ability of the body and it only works for a short time.

But knowing when to pull one of these triggers and exactly how to do it results in testosterone interaction you can actually FEEL working!

In fact, this method works WAAAAY better than taking a testosterone boosting supplement to build muscle mass!

It’s not always easy to do, but if you’re open to experimenting with this rather insane method, you’ll want to check out this website:

Click Here To See How This 1973 Study
Broke All The Rules About Mass Building >>

This method is the result of several years of experimenting with this unique T-boosting method and it’s even been used by some pro bodybuilders as a steroid-alternative.

The reason is because it really does naturally boost testosterone to insane levels, but more importantly, it also intensifies androgen activity so that your body USES that testosterone to stimulate real muscle growth.

If you’re serious about seeing incredible muscle gains, then you need to check out that site.

If you’ve ever dedicated yourself to a strict diet in order to lose weight, you know exactly how hard it can be to control food cravings. No, those salty or sugar food don’t merely whisper to you, they almost shout your name at times when you’re most vulnerable. Many people are unaware that food cravings are a natural response by your body and most times this is caused by the leptin hormone.

Leptin is a hormone that’s produced by the body’s fat cells. In addition to it’s task of increasing the body’s fat burning ability, it regulates the body weight be sending messages to the brain to indicate that you’re full. However, there’s some irony here.

Because leptin is produced by the fat cells, individuals that are overweight have an increased production of this hormone. Naturally, you’d assume that this would mean that the brain would send the message to shut off the hunger valve. This is leptin’s entire purpose after all. Unfortunately, these people end up becoming leptin resistant because of the excess amount of leptin that’s in the body and their cravings become even tougher.

Fortunately, some natural solutions can be used to balance the body’s leptin levels so the food cravings will stop and you will be able to lose weight quicker:

Eat More to Stop Food Cravings

Yes, it does sound counterintuitive to tell you to eat more so you can lose weight more quickly. But, if you eat six smaller meals throughout the course of the day, you’ll end up being less hungry and you’ll keep your metabolism revved up. By eating healthy throughout the day you’ll be much less likely to give into food cravings that will hinder your ability to lose weight.

Now if you’re thinking about eating processed or junk food in smaller portions throughout the day to achieve the same effect, you’d better think again. These types of foods will cause a massive spike in your blood sugar, regardless of the amount you eat, causing your energy levels to drop. This will leave you feeling hungry again very quickly, tempting you with the very food cravings you want to avoid.

Stop Food Cravings With This Cheap Supplement

One reason that leptin has become such a problem is the rampant zinc deficiency much of the population has. The body can lose zinc throughout the day in a number of ways. For example, if you’re working out and sweating, you’re losing zinc. Zinc is excreted through bodily wastes. In fact, even sexual intercourse contributes to the body’s depletion of zinc.

Unfortunately, our food supply isn’t enough to replenish the zinc our bodies lose. Much of the food we purchase at the market has been degraded through over processing and over farming to the point of being mineral deficient. This means you have to use supplements to replenish the zinc your body needs.

Believe it or not, studied have shown that zinc supplementation can increase leptin efficiency by up to 142% and has been proven to stop food cravings and help you lose weight. My recommendation is to take in between 15 and 25 milligrams of Zinc Picolinate every evening on an empty stomach. This will help you balance your body’s leptin levels, stop food cravings, and lose weight.

But if you’re really committed to uncovering the truth about how to lose weight fast, then you need to check out the “5 Advanced Weight Loss Tips” at www.CombatTheFat.com. These are once guarded secrets that the U.S. Military uses to keep men and women of all ages lean, mean, and healthy at all ages and fitness levels!.

Some foods work better than others for people who are trying or even struggling to increase muscle mass. These types of food could be called “super food” to gain weight. You need to achieve a calorie surplus in order to put on some pounds. However, you need to do it in a way that won’t add a lot of body fat or endanger your health. This is where these types of super food to gain weight come into the picture.

Weight Gain Super Food #1: Walnuts

Walnuts offer a variety of benefits, including their amazing combination of healthy monounsaturated fats, phytosterols and the amino acid l-arginine. Because of this combination, walnuts provide increased calories and high levels of nitric oxide, a natural substance in the body that helps stimulate muscle recovery and growth. Walnuts even help in heart disease and cancer prevention because they cancel out the negative effects of the harmful saturated fats found in high-fat foods. If you’re eating this super food to gain weight, your target should be about 20 grams of walnuts daily.

Weight Gain Super Food #2: Oranges

Vitamin C is a powerful protector of the body’s levels of nitric oxide. Oranges contain a large amount of this vitamin, which helps keep the nitric oxide “bioavailable” so it can assist in building muscle mass. The effects of vitamin C work in combination with the walnuts added to your diet. If you eat an orange 30 to 45 minutes before your workout, it will help maintain your nitric oxide levels where they need to be while you’re training.

Weight Gain Super Food #3: Dried Fruit

Although it contains a fair bit of sugar, most dried fruit is also loaded with fiber. It also includes high amounts of the vitamins and minerals that are required to stay healthy and build muscle. Dried fruit decreases the amount of body fat that is stored and is full of calories, meaning that it helps you achieve the calorie surplus you need to gain weight. Snack on dried fruit throughout the day, but be sure to also drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration. You should avoid commercial dried bananas that are full of fat and look for “unsulfured” dried fruit.

To gain weight, all you need to do is eat a lot of food. But to gain weight in a healthy way while increasing muscle mass, you should add these “super foods” to your diet. Also, if you want more scientifically advanced training for how to gain weight fast, then you must see the results from these “skinny guys” who used a unique 3-step “hardgainer workout” at www.HardgainerProjectX.com.

One look around the gym and you can tell which of the local rats are SERIOUS about their workouts and which aren’t!

Some are truly busting their humps to transform their bodies while others are simply going through the motions trying to convince themselves that they’re really “working hard”.

NONSENSE!

I say if you’re gonna take time away from your social life to lift some iron, then why not commit to a really INTENSE training session, right?

In fact, a LOT of new supplements these days focus on giving your more energy for your workouts.

And one of the most common ingredients added is caffeine.

It also happens to be one of the most misunderstood and some would even call it “unsafe”.

But is it?

Safe Supplement For Jacked Training Intensity…

Anyone with a “Java Jones” knows the powerful impact of caffeine for waking you up and increasing mental clarity, right?

And if you’ve been around the lifting game for a while, you also know that caffeine has become a widely used supplement in some of the expensive “name brand” workout formulas.

But most people are simply afraid of adding this supplement to their workout program because they don’t know HOW to use it.

Problem fixed…

Here’s How To Safely Supplement With Caffeine…

First, go to your local drug store and look for their generic brand of “No-Doze” or “Stay Alert”.

Typically these supplements contain about 200mg of caffeine, equal to about 2.5 cups of coffee.

(Tip: Try to find a tablet that DOESN’T have a coated layer around it.)

About 15 minutes before your workout, crush one tablet between two spoons until it’s in a powder form.

Then simply sprinkle it in either a small amount of juice or coffee (if you want a bit more “buzz”).

Most people can safely use about 500mg of caffeine per day and this little jolt of alertness from your pre-workout caffeine will help you train HARDER and LONGER as you get totally PUMPED from the added intensity.
